Shaking hands with a legend

I'm not going to get into his politics or whether I like him or not, but today we went to an event with Ted Kennedy for work. I just happened to be standing where he was going to walk, and I had an opportunity to shake his hand. I thought it was pretty neat. It was my first interaction (even if it was barely a second's interaction) with a major political figure. Tomorrow we're supposed to hear Obama talk, which I am really looking forward to. I think this is an important time in our country's history, and thankfully my job lets me go out and see these candidates and their endorsers speak. Bill Clinton is also here today, but he was in Santa Fe which would have made for half a day's trip.
